遊戲中玩家的目標是引導飛行員，利用炸彈來清除附近的障礙物，包含巨大的岩石與樹木，當它們全數被除掉後，飛機才有足夠空間來迫降。而關卡中障礙物最高的要優先除去，因為這是目前最危險的，最容易撞上的。
遊戲中由於飛機有受損，會隨著時間逐漸往下方移動，玩家必須抓準時間差，精確地來丟出炸彈將障礙物清除，否則一但飛機無法飛越障礙物上方時，會撞上障礙物遊戲也會結束。遊戲的炸彈可是有限制的喔！因此可不能胡亂丟擲，如果炸彈用完而還有障礙物時，遊戲也會結束。
遊戲裏會出先一些炸彈圖示，玩家如能丟擲炸彈命中這些炸彈或者飛機碰觸到都可以獲得補充，另外會出現一些箭頭向上或向下的圖示，如丟擲炸彈碰到向上的圖示的話，飛機可以向上移動，反之碰到向下圖示，飛機會下降。遊戲操控方面，飛機會自行移動，玩家要做的是於適當時機按滑鼠左鍵來丟擲炸彈。玩家如果覺得時機得宜，可以連按數次左鍵，來一次丟擲多顆炸彈。
